Cancel credit card

Good day
I have immigrated to the UK and want to cancel my Standard Bank credit card. I have tried to contact the international number on the back of the card, but no one answers. I have sent emails, but no one assists.
Please urgently advice, as i am paying cost for a card i am not using!!!
