Card Fees

I pay R45 and R40 for card fees every month.   How does this justify the substansual amount of R1020 a year for a bank card, incase it gets lost?  and then when you get a new card you pay another fee +- R200 for the card as "card fees".  I have my acount since 2004.  Do you know how much money that is you charge the customers for card fees?  This interest one get on you money in the bank is not worth the card fees we pay.  This needs to be brought under the South African Reserve Banks attention.
