Please be advised that you can download your statements on the mobile app and through internet banking. All you need to do is follow these steps to download your statements on the mobile app:

 

  • Log on to the app,
  • Tap on the tile that shows your account details and balance.
  • Under "Your documents", select "view" and choose between a 3, 6, and 2-year statement as suitable to you.

On Internet banking, please follow these steps:

 

  • Log onto Internet banking.
  • Click on your account balance.
  • On the download option, after you have selected your statement period, it does give you the option for statement preferences.

Alternatively, you can contact us at 0860 123 000, option 3.

I want to check my balance on credit card

Hi Stanard Bank Team, I followed these steps on my Syanard Bank app as you advised here as I have not been receiving any of my statements and under the heading "previous statements" the is "no documents to display"

Please can someone urgently assist me in viewing my previous statements as I need to check my transactions in previous months.

I tried phoning this number (0861201000) between 7.52am and 7.56am this morning. I tried 3 times. Listened to the recording saying that business hours start at 7.30am etc etc and then the call is cut at the end of the recording!! So I am now listening to another recording on the 086123000 number ... not making me happy today Standard Bank. All I want to know is what my CC balance is!!

Hello @john2000,

 

Please be advised that you will need to contact credit card support on 086 120 1000 as they'll be able able to access your account. Please also note that you can link your credit card to your current account via the call center as well. Once it's been linked, you will be able to see it as a tile on your app and also see your balance as well.
