I Received My Credit Card Yesterday And I've Never Been So Embarrased Before.. The Card Has Money In It But When I Went To The Local Stores To Buy Some Of My Necessities, It Got Declined Twice, I Wanted To Transfer Money To One Of My Family Members And Using The App And It Couldn't Go Through With The Transfer.. Please Help.
