To whom it may concern

 

I increased my credit card limit 1 week ago with a sales consultant that said it would be effective within 2 day i am now sitting over a week later, i have been trying to call the customer help center and have sat on the line for over 30 minutes with no one answering. Please will someone contact me asap. Jade 082 493 8007
