I applied online for a credit card on Friday, 24 May 2019 and was pre-approved.
I received a call from Veronica requesting my latest bank statement to be sent through.
I sent through my latest bank statement to: [email protected] on 24/05/2019 @ 05:24PM.
To date, I have not received any feedback. I have called through on numerous occasions and have references for all my calls as well. I have also sent an email again as well, which was read.
Please can someone, anyone give me a call and give me some feedback.
