Credit Card Protection plan

I just cant understand I get so many calls for life insurances on a daily basis (which i am not interested in most of the time) You would have thought that Standard bank would jump on the opportunity to sell a credit card policy however 1 week later no call from anyone?????. I phoned the call centre 3 times during the week to understand why they dont phone me and everytime I get told "they will escalate it to a teamleader". There is just no service at all. All my affairs are with Standard bank.
