Good day,

I made a payment on Monday of R2600 when the payment was made the app told me that the payment was unsuccessful. But i have received a sms that the money was deducted. My account is less R2600 but iet does not show in my transactions that it was made. Also the person i made it to did not receive the payment. Please rectify ASAP.
