Good day please advise how do i pay my credit card since i have been on hold more than 2 hours with no assistance.

 

Please assist with a step by step example im paying from my fnb account

Hello @michaelaq101,

 

Please be advised that you can link your credit card to the current account on your mobile banking app in order to be able to transact into it. The linking of the accounts will need to be done at your nearest branch or via customer care making use of this number, 0860 123 000. Alternatively you can use your card number to load your credit card as a beneficiary on the online banking portal or mobile banking app in order to be able to pay it.
