Credit card account

Good day

Please can someone assist me with my credit card account.

I have been trying for weeks now, calling and going into the branch. No one seems to know what is going on.

If my account is in arrears please tell me and if it needs to be closed please close it.

I applied in 2019, never received feedback, went to the bank as I received statements and they told me the account was sent back and closed, however it is NOT CLOSED.

I would like to either have the card or have it closed ASAP.

This account is on my name and I do not have it!!!

If this is not sorted ASAP I will be going to the ombudsman.

I don't mind paying for the charges, but I don't even have an account number.

This is not the first time I have been trying to get assistance.
