About two weeks ago, my application was telephonically finalised. Yet I have still not received feedback. I even called your credit department but was on hold for more than 20 minutes.

You can have a look at our various Credit Cards on our website and identity one that suitable for you. On the option you've identified, you can click on the ' apply now' tab, fill in your details and submit the form.
