I have had it with standard bank. I blocked my card due to fraud issues and asked for a second card.. The call center agent ordered a new card, but with the same card number... She never said this.. Obviously ordering a new card with the same number does not help.. And I got charged for the card.. Is this the way you treat your customers? Is this acceptable to just charge me.. Ridiculous... You don't know anything about customer service... Also, it takes FOREVER!!!!! to get into your call center.. I was only the line for 20 minutes... What are you guys doing? Do you want me to move to another bank?? I've been a long standing customer, but now I've had enough
