Hi, I had an issue with the payment for my credit card at the end of Jan. I received a call from standard bank and made arragements to do a direct deposit from the atm. I advised the consultant to change my debit or date which has not been done till now and my card has been suspended. I have not missed payments this was the first and now no one is getting back to me everytime I try to get hold of someone for assistance and I'm told I'm at the wrong department. I made the payment as discussed telephonically but my card is not being unsuspended.
