I received my gold credit card recently. I have a few problems with it already.

1: I'm struggling to shop online with the card. I've tried on different devices and different stores but it either gives me an error or once I enter the OTP it gives me an error. When I used it for a payment online of R100 it went through without a problem. It is activated to buy online.

2: I was never informed of what amount will be reserved for budget/straight payments.

3: Why is the system so complicated to transfer funds between my cheque and credit card? I have to EFT it over whereas my husband on FNB has everything on one page and funds are transferred immediately.
