Hi I opened a standard bank account and credit card last week Wednesday. It was approved I signed for both the applications and the consultant told me both cards will arrive on Monday and that I must wait for the SMS.. So I got the SMS on Monday but only to collect my cheque card..I asked the consultant that issued the card about my credit card he said he only found the cheque card in the draw..and he checked my profile and said their is no credit card application on my profile and that I must ask the consultant that helped me..so I went to her she told me there is a delay with the credit cards so I left..I contacted customer care they also could not find my application..I would like to know what is happening because I can't sign for a card that I haven't received..and the application know one can pick up on the system..please advise.
