I have a Paypal account but Standard bank doesn't have a routing number so I opt for adding the credit card instead but still says:

Link a card

 

"Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions".

 
I also can't find a way to see my credit card transactions on my existing online banking dashboard. How do I add it?
