Your service is quite ridiculous. I called Thursday and was holding for a consultant for almost an hour. Requested a call back rather. Nothing yet. Requested a call back on the website thrice already. Still nothing. What the heck... is this really the bank im banking with. Putrid!!!!!! Call me back
