Monies was incorrectly taken off my credit card account internally .
The reason given is “RECOVERIES-BAD DEBTS” however the account is and was not in arrears.
Transfer fees were also taken off for this tranaction with the following details "INTL TRANS FEE”
I phoned Lebo from customer care on the 4/09 who said she cant help me and transferred me to Bad debt recoveries. I spoke to Eunice, who also said she could not help me and sent me to credit recoveries option 1.
I spoke to Itombi who also said she could not help me and wanted to send me back to Customer care.
I then asked to speak to a supervisor as I had completed a complete circle.
She said none were available but said she would leave a note for Matehtemo to give me a call.
please help.
