I’ve opened a mymo account last week and this is the second week, I’ve received an email after it got approved that the card will need to be collected at a preferred branch in the next 3 working days but on the app its been saying “card with the courier” and there’s money there I want to use the card but no signs of any arrival soon, what must I do now??
