I was mistakenly charged by an overseas hotel before check in. They have agreed to refund me and this was supposedly done two weeks ago but to date there has been no refund shown. exactly how long does this take. also my available balance has decreased with this amount but the actual transaction does not show when I search for it on the standard bank app. can someone please assist.
