Reversing an uncleared payment on credit card

I have been having the same problem, I've logged calls with Standard Bank but they just don't do anything about it...

How can I reverse a payment that is uncleared on my credit card? I tried buying a flight ticket and the website crashed, the payment went through but there is no sign of the ticket I purchased.
