Reversing reserved amounts

Hi, recently I made an online payment to Pick n Pay. An amount of nearly R2000 was reserved to cover my order. Pick n pay did not have all commodities on my order and so final invoice was just over R100. The balance on my card reflects BOTH these amounts were taken off my card. I contacted PnP, they suggested I ask Std bank to release the reserved amount back into my card. Please activate the reversal of reserved amount.
