Ripping us off with credit card charges

To date me charges are R805.62 for the month which includes a R216 cash financial charge...?! Are you charging me this much to make cash deposits on my credit card, which means you are charging me that amount for paying my credit card with cash? This is besides the R379 finance charge. No wonder some many south Africans in financial trouble because we trust our bank....
