Soft Block on Credit card

Please advise why you have put a block on my credit card. I am currently in America on vacation and have emailed at least 15 times in the last 2 days with no response. I CANNOT CALL YPUR FRAUD DEPARTMENT BECAUSE IT COST TOO MUCH MONEY. I will not make any payments on this card until someone calls to sort this block out this is absolutely ridiculous. Please assist me asap.
