Good day, hope all is well? I was contacted by someone at Stasndard Bank to upgrade my credit card to a platinum, now its been more than 2 weeks, no sms, no call, nothing...I was at the branch at Mall of the south, a lady checked up and advised they are busy with the process? I would like to have this matter resolved and get the card please
