how to pay someone in their credit card account

I see the question gets asked but not answered.

its oct2018 and I have same issue.

when calling the bank all they say is add the account nr.

even if I tell them its says account number invalid

I have to pay someone but only have their credit card details. As they would like the funds in their credit card account. On the mobile app it is not allowing me to transfer the funds. Could you please give me the steps on how to pay into a credit card account . Many thanks
