when using my credit card

Hi 

im very new to using my new credit card, can someone help me understand that when you using your card example in clicks its not giving me an option to go budget or straight it just approves and print recipt.

is that normal ? its happened to me at 2 places so far im abit worried as my app is not telling me if it on my straight or budget option just shows whats spent
