Hi I applied for my new credit card today in the bank and asked if I can change my pin since I want to activate online banking on my credit card and I cannot remember the pin I last used . The lady said they have ordered the card and a reminder will be sent when i request it during online banking activation. It is not working

Please be advised that currently, it's not possible to amend your ATM withdrawal pin using our self service channels. Kindly note that for security purposes, you will need to visit your nearest branch with your ID booklet and proof of residence in order to be assisted further.
