Hi. An absa ATM swallowed my card this morning. I called Absa and they said they can't do anything?!?!?! They said I must call Standard Bank. Why should Standard Bank be responsible for the cost of a new card when it is the Absa ATM that is at fault? I will also have to incur the costs a a personalized card now, and I will have to wait for it. That's not on ABSA!!!
