You can always use our self-service channels to get access to your funds.

 

if your account is linked and you have registered for mobile banking. You have two options: place a notice or ask for the money right away.

 

You can get more help from our contact centre staff at 0860 123 000, choices 3 and 3, if you are not signed up for self-service banking.

Here is your link: http://community.standardbank.co.za/t5/Save-and-invest/How-can-I-access-my-AccessSave-funds/ta-p/443.  Kindly contact us here: 0860 123 000 or visit the nearest branch on this matter should your funds not reflect within 7 days upon your request.

Hi, I'm experiencing the same problem, I gave notice last week, via internet banking (SM) but still nothing, my available balance is still R0.00, please help.

Hello @cornell,

 

The best way to resolve this is to make sure that accounts are linked for transfer to take place. You can link this via Internet Banking or your Mobile App.

I went to atm today to transfer my money to my normal acount. But it keeps telling me I dont have available funds, but theres 700 rand in. Why cant it be transferred?

Hi

 

If your Access Save account is linked to your normal account on your internet banking profile, then you can transfer these funds:

 

1. At an ATM

2. Via internet banking

3. Cell phone banking
