Access bond

Standard bank have blocked my access bond without warning and with no reason. On enquiring I have been met with a wall of lies and deceit. The only answer I can get out of Standard bank is that I must wait until they deem it fit to reinsate my bond. In the meantime my credit rating is taking a battering. Is this really an acceptable level of service?
