I have already emailed them and they just sent me to this address - mailto:[email protected] which from what I can see is who you contact if you want to open up a new account when abroad.

Is there any other way of assisting me? Can we set up a zoom call so that I can verify my ID?

I’m currently overseas and tried to make an internet banking payment recently which got flagged because I used a new laptop. I then called to unblock my account by authorizing it via the app which I did successfully, but then had to further answer security questions which I apparently did not answer correctly. Every time I call standard bank to sort this out it costs me a fortune and I’ve been unsuccessful so far. Please tell me how I can get my account unblocked without flying back to SA. Please help me!
