To get your account information, you can use the following platforms: 

• You can use our self-service platforms such as mobile app/ cellphone banking/ Internet banking.
• You can visit your nearest ATM and use your bank card for your account information.
• You can visit your nearest branch with your ID book.

Please keep in mind that our branch team will need to update your personal information. We need to make sure we have the correct information on your profile so that all information is sent to the correct people.

I opened an account but provided the incorrect email address, I need to know what my account number is
