My wife is with ABSA and wanted to add an SBSA beneficiary on ABSA online banking. The SBSA account is with branch Helderberg.
She selects that branch "HELDERBERG - 033012" but upon submitting it, it fails with:
"015 - Enter valid branch code"
Why would she be getting this error? This is definitely the correct branch. Note that the SBSA account was created last week, could it be that its not yet 'accessible/visible' from ABSA?
