Please be advised that our customers had been experiencing acceptance issues with our cards at point of sale and ATM facilities yesterday. Kindly note that our support teams have attended to the matter and all our card and ATM services have been fully restored. We understand the inconvenience and frustration this has caused you as our customer and we cannot apologise enough, and thank you for understanding.

POS transactions all down and all ATMs offline. Why is this happening? How long do we have to wait until they are up and running again?
