Always in arrears

I don't get it, my account constantly stays in arrears!!! Just yesterday a R500 was taken off my account by standard bank, right now when I am doing a balance check it shows that I ow R147 again???? This is rather frustrating please close this stupid account as I am now unemployed I could have used that **bleep** money to buy my flipin kids bread for school since I am not working... What's the purpose of this account anyway???? I have never had any benefits needles to say any credit facility with this darn bank.... I will never recommended Standard Bank to anyone they just no how to take poor peoples money.... Please can I close this account as in right now... I am not paying you another cent... Forget it standard bank... Annoyed
