Balance shows zero but I have money in my account

my bank balance shows zero on my zavings and notice deposit account but I am 100% certain I had money in there as per transactions and no other transaction came off today. Please explain this terrible IT situation and provide a WORKING customer care line not the usual one that smoetimes says does not exist.
