Please be advised that you can only get a statement of up to 6 months on any of our self service channels. In order to get a statement dating back to January 2017, you will need to visit your nearest branch or customer care on 0860 123 000 in order to be assisted. Please note that there's a fee that a consultant will work out for you with regards to retrieving archived statements.
