Please be advised that if you have your loan linked on the mobile banking app, you are able to access a 3 and a 6 month statement through the app. Should your loan not be linked yet, you can contact customer care on 0860 123 000 and they will assist you with the linking. Once the loan has been linked, it will automatically appear as a tile on the dashboard in your app. To access your statements, you'll need to follow these steps:
Log onto the app,
Tap your revolving loan tile,
Scroll down till you get to "Your documents" then tap "view",
You'll get an option to download a 3 or 6 month statement and also an option to send these via mail.
