Can Make a ATM Withdraw

Hi i just came from a ATM now where i made several withdraws only to have it each time cancelling the transaction and deducting money from my account, i would like to know what is happening as i did some payments on my internet banking as well and had to do a payment twice because of the first one saying unsuccessful but then it deducts money from my account SO PLEASE Reply as soon as possible with a resolution !

I can imagine your frustration on this, the error could have been a result of a technical issue. Please rest assured that the funds will be reversed into your account upon being declared an unsuccessful transaction. Should the money not be returned within 2 to 3 business days, kindly contact our customer care on 0860 123 000 or forward your account details, ID number and contact details to [email protected] for further assistance.
