Thank you for getting in touch.

 

If you have forgotten the pin you do have the option to view it on the mobile app:

On the “More” screen, click “Manage Cards”. You will be presented with a list of all your cards. Click “Card Settings” on the card which you would like to view. The “Manage Card” screen gives you access to several security values: Expiry Date and CVV (for credit cards) and the PIN.

 

You can change the pin at the ATM if you still remember the current one. However if the pin is blocked you will have to visit your nearest branch to reset it.

Hello @zgroenewald,

 

The best way to resolve this will be to forward us mail containing the full query and why the card was blocked to: [email protected] with your full account details and your query. Note, you will have to attach your ID copy, back and front of your blocked card with three signatures on the copy of your ID.

 

Let us know once this is forwarded to us so that we can be able to assist.

I do not know the reason... I was doing beneficiary payments just fine and all of a sudden the next time I went on the app banking, my card was blocke!!?
