Hi,
Just attempted changing my email address on my internet banking so that my OTP's go to the new email address but the update does not seem to have been processed. When I log into my internet banking profile my new email address is shown there but the OTP's are still going to the old email address.
Will I need to wait a while before this is processed? I'm not able to come into a branch because I live overseas so that's obviously not an option.
