This sounds odd. There could be many reasons why you cannot link your card.

 

Are you able to use your card at any till point, and when did you open the account?

Hello

I've been trying to upload my card on Stanbic mobile app but it says information entered it's not recognised by the system & another thing since i received this cheque account i didn't make any deposit into it so please help
