Hello @Sonyango,

Please be advised that if you choose the immediate payment feature when issuing a payment, the transaction should ideally go through within 60 seconds. Due to fraud monitoring, we will delay the payment for new beneficiaries, once-off beneficiaries or where the beneficiary banking details have been amended, for 2 hours to give the clients the ability to react to a My Updates message, should a transaction be fraudulent. Should the beneficiary not receive the funds beyond the mentioned time frame, please contact our customer care on 0860 123 000 for further assistance.

Kind Regards,

Mandy
