I am in the process, i was told on the phone to provide a letter signed by me to give someone authority to represent me which i did, then they asked me to provide certified coy of ID and proof of address which i have done, apparently they will call me on Mon 25 Feb so let's see, I'll post update on Monday...
Please help. I am trying to close my account from overseas. I have sent a secure message ..... no response. So I phoned in and was told to send a secure message ..... the operator tried to put me through to my branch but they were not answering the phone, she said she would email them...... no response.
