Cost of incoming telegraphic transfers

Good evening, I am trying to understand why it's so difficult to find the costs/commission for incoming international telegraphic transfers.

I know there's a minimum amount and then a percentage but there's no documentation indicating this AT ALL on your website.

Please help. I need to quote a client urgently.
