I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please send us your ID number, and contact details to [email protected] with a subject line "Card Application" to check the status of your card.

 

Kindly let me know once you have emailed us your details, and share the email address used to send your details for fast tracking your email.

 

Altenatively, you can check via your mobile app under card management to see if your card is ready for collection.

Good day

 

I have recently applied for a new credit card which was approved by the consultant.

I have not had any fuirther communicationa and would like to find out if I will be notified 

to let me know when the credit card is ready for collection? I have sent emails but have

not received any feedback yet.
