I'm a Std Bank Prestige customer but with Std Bank's recent automation processes, I can't get any immediate assistance from Std Bank. My calls to Prestige customer care line don't get answered and I am so frustrated. I put in a claim with Home Insurance a week ago for a broken glass door and my door still hasn't been replaced as yet. The security of my home is compromised and despite several calls to the customer care line and emails, they still haven't sorted out my problem.
I'm considering moving my account to a bank who will listen and be there for me when I need them.
