Condolences to you and your family. 

 

Kind note of the following documents will be required:

 

 NB: Please note all documents must be certified.

  • Copy of death certificate
  • Copy of ID of deceased
  • Copy of Letter of Executorship/ Authority
  • Copies of all appointed Executors’/Master’s
  • representatives’ IDs
  • Copies of all appointed professional agents’ IDs and the
    relevant Power of Attorney – only if applicable
    Statement/Confirmation of Estate bank account or
    nominated bank account
  • Contact details of Executor/Master’s
    representative and next of kin
