Please note that you can only reverse a debit order of less than R1000, and not a debi-check debit order.

 

Here's how to reverse recent debit orders for amounts less than R1000:

  1. Go to your home screen and select "Manage."
  2. Choose "Manage Debit Orders."
  3. Select the account from which the money was debited (debit order reversals can only be made from a current or savings account).
  4. Choose the debit order you want to reverse.
  5. Select a reason for reversing the debit order.

Please be aware that to cancel a debit order, you must contact the party with whom you have the signed contract agreement.

 

Your bank cannot cancel the debit order on your behalf. It's your responsibility to ensure that the instructions are carried out.

I went to suspend debicheck debit orders but seems the consultant suspended paid up debicheck debit order
